Can I pause my subscription? 

Absolutely! It is very easy to pause your subscription at any time from your XYON account. We understand that life happens, and you may need to pause or take a break from your subscription at any time. Please follow the steps below to pause your subscription
  1. Log into your XYON account here. From here click on your active subscription to manage its details.
  2. Click on Manage in the top right hand corner of your subscription details and choose Pause subscription from the drop down menu.

  3. Select the reason why you would like to pause your subscription > click on the button "Next"

  4. You will be given the option of pausing for one, three, six, or nine months from the date of the next order.

  5. Click on Pause Subscription, you will then see a confirmation

Your subscription will be paused for the time you selected, after this time it will resume automatically. You will be notified by email three days before your billing date. You can opt out of your subscription at any time through your XYON account.

You can restart your subscription at any time from the XYON account as well,. However, depending on time since opting out, you may need to check in with a prescribing physician through the XYON platform to renew your prescription. For more detail on this, see below:
