Can I pause my subscription? 

 
  1. Log into your XYON account here

  2. Navigate to the Manage Subscription section (If you are already logged in, click here)

  3. Click on Manage in the top right hand corner of your subscription details

  4. Choose Pause subscription from the drop down menu

  5. Select the reason why you would like to pause your subscription > click on the button "Next"

  6. You will be given the option of pausing for one, three, six, or nine months from the date of the next order.

  7. Click on Pause Subscription, you will then see a confirmation

Your subscription will be paused for the time you selected, after this time it will resume automatically. You will be notified by email three days before your billing date.

You can opt out of your subscription at any time through your XYON account. 

You can restart your subscription at any time from the XYON account as well, but depending on time since opting out, you may need to see a prescribing physician through the XYON platform to renew your prescription.
