How do I renew my prescription?

As your medical history may change, connecting with your prescribing physician once a year is required to renew your prescription.

Once your prescription has expired, you will receive a notification alerting you to renew your prescription on file 1-2 months prior to your next scheduled refill. You will need to complete a short intake form to inform your physician of any changes to your medical history. 

If your prescription needs to be renewed, you will see a notification on your account: 

  1. Click on the Renew Treatment button in the yellow box

  2. Complete a short intake form
  3. Confirm your treatment preference 
  4. Allow 1-2 business days for your physician to review your request. 

If your prescription is still valid, and you would like to request a different shipping date, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Log into your XYON account.
  2. Choose the option to "Manage Subscription" from the menu and click on the blue Manage Subscription button again from that section
  3. You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details and the button Manage in the top right corner of the subscription.
  4. Choose Reschedule Upcoming Order from the drop down menu options.
