As your medical history may change, connecting with your prescribing physician once a year is required to renew your prescription.
Please follow these simple steps to quick submit your renewal consultation:

Navigate to the Manage Subscription section

Click on Manage in the top right hand corner of your subscription details

Choose Renew Subscription from the drop down menu

You will be taken to a short intake form to update your medical history for your prescribing physician
If your prescription is still valid, and you would like to request a different shipping date, please follow the below steps:
- Log into https://consultation.xyonhealth.com/login/
- Choose the option to "Manage Subscription" from the menu and click on the blue Manage Subscription button again from that section
- You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details and the button Manage in the top right corner of the subscription.
- Choose Reschedule Upcoming Order from the drop down menu options.
