Before discontinuing your current treatment, you will need to consult with a physician to discuss beginning a new treatment for your hair loss.
In order to complete this from your XYON account:
- Log into your XYON account

Choose the option to Manage Subscription from the menu, and click on the blue Manage Subscription button again from that section

You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details and the button Manage in the top right corner of the subscription

Choose Request Treatment Change from the drop-down menu options.

You will then complete an updated intake form for the prescribing physician. You can specify the treatment that you would like to switch to during this step.
Please note that there will be an updated invoice and subscription if you are prescribed a new treatment.
