All prescriptions are valid for 12 months or four bottles of medicine (equivalent to 12 months of treatment). The medicine will be dispensed every 90 days (quarterly).
You will be notified each time you are due for a quarterly refill. At this time, the card on file will be charged, and our partner pharmacy will ship your next quarterly supply of treatment directly to your door.
After your twelve-month prescription or after all refills prescribed have been filled, you will be prompted to complete another short consultation with a prescribing physician, who can provide a new prescription if applicable. This will allow you to take advantage of another twelve months of XYON member benefits.
