You can opt out of your subscription at any time, please submit an email to help@xyonhealth.com.
If you need to pause your subscription due to traveling or for another reason you can reschedule your refill order in your XYON account. When logged in, choose Manage Subscriptions > Reschedule Upcoming Order.
You will be charged for the most recent prescription filled. You can restart your subscription at any time from the XYON account as well, but depending on time since opting out, you may need to see a prescribing physician through the XYON platform to renew your prescription.
