- Log in to your XYON account here. From here, click on View & Manage, and choose Pause subscription from the list of options (Image below for reference).
- Select the reason why you would like to pause your subscription > click on the button "Next"
- You will be given the option of pausing for one, three, six, or nine months from the date of the next order.
- Click on Pause Subscription, and you will then see a confirmation.
Your subscription will be paused for the time you selected; after this time, it will resume automatically. You will be notified by email three days before your billing date. You can opt out of your subscription at any time through your XYON account.
If you already have an existing order that has been processed, you will not be able to pause this using the steps above. Please email the XYON Experience team or contact us using the form below for assistance here
You can also restart your subscription at any time from your XYON account. However, depending on the time since opting out, you may need to check in with a prescribing physician through the XYON platform to renew your prescription. For more details on this, see below:
