Why do I need to pay before receiving a prescription?

You will be prompted to add your credit card information while creating your account to complete the account creation process.  XYON submits an authorization request with your bank for the amount of the treatment. If the prescribing physician does not deem you suitable for the treatment, then the hold placed on your card is released back to your bank and you are not charged for the consultation nor the medication. 

You will not be charged until a prescription has been issued, and after this, your credit card will be charged, and going forward, every three months for your 90-day refills. You can pause your next refill at any time via by informing the XYON Experience Team at help@xyonhealth.com.
