Before discontinuing your current treatment, you will need to consult with a physician to discuss beginning a new treatment for your hair loss.
To complete this from your XYON account:
- Log into your XYON account
- Choose the option to "Manage Subscription" from the menu and click on the blue Manage Subscription button again from that section
- You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details and the button Manage in the top right corner of the subscription.
- Choose Request Treatment Change from the drop-down menu options.
- You will complete an updated intake form for the prescribing physician.
Please note that there will be an updated invoice and subscription if you are prescribed a new treatment.
