How does the subscription plan work?
Your annual subscription will be billed to the credit card you have provided in 90-day intervals, each time a 90-day supply of your treatment is compounded and shipped (*). This is to ensure that you do not have any gaps in your treatment schedule.
You can reschedule your refill directly from your XYON account using the following steps:

Log in to your account here.

Click on the View & Manage button and choose the Reschedule next Order option (Image below for reference).

You will be brought to a new page with your following billing date information. Select your preferred refill billing date from this page and confirm it by clicking 'Reschedule order'.

Please allow 3-7 business days for compounding and shipping of your order. This date does not reflect your guaranteed shipment date.
(*) Please note: In some cases, the refill and billing interval may vary based on your prescription and dosing instructions.
