What schedule are my refills delivered? Do I have to do anything to order my next refill?
All prescriptions are valid for twelve months or 4 bottles of medicine (the equivalent of 12 months of treatment). The medicine will be dispensed every 90 days (quarterly). You will be notified each time you are due for a quarterly refill. At this time the card on file will be charged and our partner pharmacy will ship your next quarterly supply of treatment directly to your door.
Upon the expiry of your twelve-month prescription or all refills prescribed having been filled; you will be prompted to complete another short consultation with a prescribing physician who can provide a new prescription if applicable, allowing you to take advantage of another twelve months of XYON member benefits.
If you need to reschedule your upcoming refill, please follow the steps below:

Log into to your account here.

Click on the Manage button from that section and choose the Reschedule next order option

You will be brought to a new page with your next billing date information. Choose your preferred refill billing date from this page, and confirm the date by clicking Reschedule order.
Please allow 2-3 business days for compounding and shipping of your order. This date does not reflect your guaranteed shipment date.
