# How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address directly from your XYON account.

1. Log into **[your XYON account.](https://consultation.xyonhealth.com/account/)**
2. Choose your active subscription from your Account Overview page.

3. You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details. In the *Shipping Address* section, please select **Update Address**.

4. You will be brought to a new page to input your new address. Save your changes by selecting **Update address** on this page. Please note that once an order is placed, you **cannot edit** your shipping address. Please email help@xyonhealth.com for assistance in this instance.
