How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address directly from your XYON account.

  1. Log into your XYON account.
  2. Choose your active subscription from your Account Overview page.
  3. You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details. In the Shipping Address section, please select Update Address.
  4. You will be brought to a new page to input your new address. Save your changes by selecting Update address on this page. You should see the change reflected in your XYON account.

Please note that once an order is placed, you cannot edit your shipping address. Please email help@xyonhealth.com for assistance in this instance.
