I found a charge on my card after submitting my consultation request
As part of the subscription, a no-cost consultation is organized with a prescribing physician. After filling in the intake forms for the consultation, an authorization request is submitted to your bank for the potential amount for the treatment.
If the prescribing physician does not deem you suitable for the treatment, then the hold placed on your card is released back to your bank and you are not charged for the consultation nor the medication.
If the physician deems you suitable and prescribes your treatment, the charge for the medication and subscription is then captured.
