How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email to your inbox with your order details and your tracking details. You also have the option to check your tracking directly from your XYON account. Please review the steps below to check your order details: 

  1. Log into your XYON account.
  2. Choose your active subscription from your Account Overview page.
  3. You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details and order history.
  4. In the Recent Orders section, you will see your order details including payment and if shipped, your tracking details.
