The pump on my bottle isn't working? Can I get a replacement?

If you are experiencing problems with dispensing or inconsistent volume of treatment, please try the following steps. 

  1. Please try to prime (press and release) the pump as it can take a few activations to achieve a full dose. Please repeat this process about 12-15 times when first using your bottle.

  2. If you notice any empty or incomplete doses mid-way through using your bottle, please re-activate and prime the pump to obtain a full dose for application. 
  3. There are two holes on the bottom of the gel pump. Please ensure that nothing is blocking them. If there is a sticker on the bottom of the pump, remove it before use.

  4. Air bubbles can affect pump performance. To remove them, insert a pin/paperclip through one of the holes while depressing the pump, and push up on the pin/paperclip. This enables air to be purged without the need for repeated priming. The gel should now dispense readily.
