How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method directly from your XYON account.

  1. Log in to your XYON account.
  2. Choose your active subscription from your Account Overview page and select the option View & Manage.
  3. Please scroll down to view your subscription details. In the Payment Methods section, select 'Update Payment Method'.
  4. You will be brought to a new page to trigger a secure payment update email. Click on the Send email button. 
  5. Check your email inbox for an email from help@xyonhealth.com. This email has a link which will lead you to the secure payment update portal.
  6. Once your payment method has been updated, this should be reflected on your XYON account.

Remember that we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
