You can update your payment method directly from your XYON account.
- Log in to your XYON account.

Choose your active subscription from your Account Overview page and select the option View & Manage.

Please scroll down to view your subscription details. In the Payment Methods section, select 'Update Payment Method'.
- You will be brought to a new page to trigger a secure payment update email. Click on the Send email button.
- Check your email inbox for an email from help@xyonhealth.com. This email has a link which will lead you to the secure payment update portal.
- Once your payment method has been updated, this should be reflected on your XYON account.
Remember that we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
