Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns. You can opt-out of your subscription at any time. You will be charged for the most recent prescription filled but not for any after you have opted out.
If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact the XYON Experience Team at help@xyonhealth.com within 30 days of receipt to replace your order.
If you believe you are experiencing side effects due to the treatment, please speak to your prescribing physician immediately.
