How can I renew my prescription after it expires?

As your medical history may change, connecting with your prescribing physician once a year is required to renew your prescription.

Once your prescription has expired, you will receive a notification alerting you to renew your prescription on file 1-2 months before your next scheduled refill. You'll need to complete a short intake form to let your physician know of any changes to your medical history. 

If your prescription needs to be renewed, you will see a notification on your account: 

  1. Click on the Renew Treatment button in the yellow box

  2. Complete a short intake form
  3. Confirm your treatment preference 
  4. Allow 1-2 business days for your physician to review your request.
