What if I’m not happy with the treatment? 

Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns. You can opt-out of your subscription at any time. You will be charged for the most recent prescription filled but not for any after you have opted out.

If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact the XYON Experience Team at help@xyonhealth.com within 30 days of receipt to replace your order.

If you believe you are experiencing side effects due to the treatment, please speak to your prescribing physician immediately.

If you are discontinuing the use of a prescription medication, the best way to dispose of expired, unwanted or unused medication is to drop it off at a drug take-back program through your local pharmacy or health department.

To locate a drug take-back program near you, please visit the  U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website.

If there are no drug take-back programs in your region, please follow the drug disposal steps outlined below:

  • Place the medication into a sealable bag
  • Remove all personal information from the prescription container label
  • Discard both the sealed bag and prescription container in your household trash
