How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method directly from your XYON account.

  1. Log into your XYON account
  2. Choose your active subscription from your Account Overview page
  3. You will be brought to a new page with your subscription details. In the Payment Methods section, please select Update Payment Method.
  4. You will be brought to a new page to trigger a secure payment update email. Click on the Send email button. 
  5. Check your email inbox for an email from help@xyonhealth.com. This email has a link which will lead you to the secure payment update portal.
  6. Once your payment method has been updated, this should be reflected on your XYON account.
